Refund Policy

All MXLLYGIRLS pieces are produced made-to-order, so refunds and exchanges are not available once production has begun. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase as long as production has not started. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review and resolve the situation. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for verified damaged or incorrect items.
